This guide will show you how to get started with your new Kuala account.

Using the Dashboard

When you login to your account, you will be taken to the Kuala Dashboard where you can begin setting up your Network.

The Dashboard is where you can navigate the interface  and view key performance metrics about your account. The Kuala Dashboard consists of:

  • The Nav Bar – toggle the menu, view current user  and manage notifications.
  • The Menu Panel – use the side menu panel to navigate Kuala.
  • The Comm and Center – widgets for viewing key metrics (Performance, Geos, Insights)

Setting Up Advertisers & Affiliates

Now that you’re comfortable with the Dashboard, it’s time to add Advertisers & Affiliates so you can create Offers  and generate Tracking Links.

Creating Your First Advertiser

Advertisers are companies looking to promote their br and, business or product. In Kuala, Advertisers are on the receiving end your traffic via their “Destination URL”.

Every Advertiser connected to your account receives their own Kuala portal where they can login, view  and manage their Offers, setup their Advertiser Postback to track conversions, add Users to their account  and access Reports.

To create an Advertiser Account, navigate to the Side Menu panel, click on “Advertisers”  and select “Create Advertiser.

Setup their Advertiser account by adding their contact info, login credentials  and assigning a “Manager”:

Creating Your First Affiliate

Affiliates are companies or individuals who generate traffic in exchange for compensation. In Kuala, Affiliates (or Traffic Sources) promote Offers  and send traffic to your Offers using Tracking Links. Tracking Links collect attribution data  and provides detailed report about their traffic.

Every Affiliate connected to your account receives their own Kuala portal where they can login, view  and find available Offers, setup their Affiliate Postback to track conversions, add Users to their account  and access Reports.

To create an Advertiser Account, navigate to the Side Menu panel, click on “Advertisers”  and select “Create Advertiser.

Creating User Accounts

If you are working with a Team, you can give them their own account with a login portal  and assign them a user role with access permissions to help run your Network.

To create an User Account, navigate to the Side Menu panel, click on “Users”  and select “Manage Users.

Click on “New”  and setup their User account their Affiliate account by adding their contact info, login credentials, assigning a role  and select their Status:

 

Managing Your Account

The “Settings” section in the Side Menu panel contains everything you need to manage your Kuala account, including:

  • Company Settings – Change your Company Name, Primary Contact, Contact Email, Phone Number  and Address.
  • Platform Settings – Change your Currency, Date Format, Click Limit  and Default Offer.
  • Subscription Settings – View your Kuala subscription plan.
  • Account Settings – Find your API Key  and Change your Name, Email Address, Timezone.
  • API – access Kuala’s interactive API.
