Step 1) Upload a file or list of Conversions

Use control buttons to select the format you wish to upload.

Step 2) Review the results

You can review the results of the upload by clicking the ‘View Details’ under the actions column. When viewing the details of the report you can change any values before they are applied to the reporting. Moreover, you can see which conversions are already recorded or missing.

4) Approve the upload

Change the status of the report to approved. This will apply the conversions to reporting  and fire any affiliate postback events as well.

Upload Formatting

Subid 1 – 6 Advertiser Sub ID’s. Used for Advertiser accounts for reporting. Not to be confused with Affiliate Sub ID’s. Limited to 500 characters
Payout The payout parameter as used in postback parameters. This will adjust the revenue value for an offer. Offer revenue Float, Integer
Postback IP The IP Address of the postback server. ( Required when IP Whitelisting is enabled for an Advertiser ) Only if IP Whitelisting enabled for Advertiser. IPv4 or IPv6
Conversion IP The IP Address of the converted client. This parameter is used with server postbacks for fraud checks. ( Click IP == Conversion IP ) IPv4 or IPv6
Conversion Timestamp The timestamp of the conversion as recorded by a postback server. Used in Advertiser postback parameters for reporting.

Common Issues

Mac Excel Users

Ensure if you are saving the file as CSV that you choose ‘Windows Comma Separated’ format.

Invalid Date

If you are using Excel it will sometimes convert what you typed to a different value for internal purposes. To fix this change all the cells to type ‘text’. Other issues are generally formating – view the formatting help area below to resolve this issue.

Change Approved Data

Put the report to pending, make the changes required in the details report  and then re-approve the report. This will apply any changes to the reporting  and fire any affiliate postbacks.
